This report provides a summary of findings and implications from the engagement of nearly 200 neighbors, leaders, and influencers across various sectors, including communities, corporations, government, and the nonprofit sector. It also presents preliminary recommendations based on these findings, which will inform and guide the work in subsequent phases.

ENDING RACISM PARTNERSHIP
The Ending Racism Partnership is a citywide, participatory collaboration of Philadelphia residents, leaders, and influencers from community, business, government, and philanthropy to end racial injustice and economic inequality, starting with our city.
OUR GOALS The ultimate goal of the Ending Racism Partnership is an equitable Philadelphia, where laws, policy, and human interaction are governed by a common belief in our shared equality, irrespective of race, nationality, ethnicity, or color of our skin. Supporting goals include: See who's involved Validate Philadelphians’ lived experiences of racism. Establish a shared understanding of lived experience and statistics as both effects or symptoms of racism and the drivers of the solutions. Hold accountable the structures, institutions, and people who enable and benefit from racism. Determine priorities and metrics that will advance and measure progress towards ending racism. Seek promising practices from other cities and countries. Mobilize enthusiasm and investment in solutions. THE SIX PILLARS The Ending Racism Partnership will pursue meaningful impact across six Pillars for Equity and Action. However well understood these issues are across our nation, we have yet to see a coordinated response to address systemic and institutional racism.
